That solved the problem. In 32 bit the component could eb added and once I switched back to 64 bit the program compiled and the spellchecking is working.

I made that change in the TRichViewFullDelphi.iide file, reinstalled Addict and confirmed that the 64 bit version was present, then reinstalled TRichView using the "Install TRichView in IDE" shortcut. The parser installed but still only as 32 bit. Before reinstalling Addict I also cleaned out any ...

Following those instructions helped and let me install the Addict 4 parser.
However it is only 32 bit and the program I'm developing is 64 bit.
Is there some other step I need to follow to include a 64 bit parser?

Version 17.6 and Addict 4
I have installed Addict 4 and then TRichEdit 17.6 using TRichViewSetup-Pre18.exe but the installed just skips the Addict 4 parser. How can I install the required parser? I've tried reinstalling both Addict and then TRichEdit after completely uninstalling both but still no success? Any suggestions on ...
