I FOUND THAT ACTIONS LIST EDITOR DEMO CAN OPEN RTF AND UNICODE TXT FILES..

TUTORIAL /CHECKPOINTS DEMO IS GOOD FOR CHECKPOINTS / BOOKMARK TYPE BEHAVIOUR

OK My error... I forgot to install RAD SERVER

still get error message though...
