drag&drop parapgraph

Hi all.
I created richViewEdit with LeftMargin about 50px
And i want manipulate some plaintext paragraps via drag and drop.
for this i select paragraph by TrippleClicking in leftMargin area and then i drag para to new location and drop...

So... what i want: selected paragraph moved to new location (before or after target place).
and what i recieve: selected text moved near drop place of target paragraph and on place of source para i have hole (\n\r\n\r)
otherwords i want conduct like in msWord.

Please help with right way of exploring

This is a known problem, fixing is in to-do list.

Hi, today i can`t check it on fresh version.
So, is this problem fixed at the end of 2013 year ?

Sorry, nothing was changed here.
TRichViewEdit and MS Word use a different model of paragraphs - there are no end-of-paragraph marks in TRichViewEdit, so some operations are performed differently
