need help in error

when i try open rvf file i get error message
possible reasons:
format of this file is not support by this application
the file is corrupted
the file is open and locked by anther application

I received your file.
How did you create it? This is not a RichView format (RVF) file.

what is it then ?? i think it make by your trich view if found in search that trich view the only programme that do this files and i was going to buy it btw it game file if you know how to open it tell me please

I do not know what is it, but it definitely is not our format.
If you open our RVF file in Notepad, you will see specific strings like "-8 1 3 1", because each RVF record starts from a text header.
Your file is a binary file, I was not able to find any text string in it.
