RichViewEdit.LoadRTF will not show text

I create multiple RichViewEdit at runtime.
i can edit text but
when i use RichViewEdit.LoadRTF(...), the loaded text
is seen only after i type 1 letter in the edit window.

any idea whats missing ?

Call RichViewEdit.Format after LoadRTF.
Please note that LoadRTF appends RTF to the end of the existing content.

So the full code for loading is:
