TBX print buttons are always enabled when no printer here

When I have Actions and TBX toolbars in my app there is one bug:
I have menu - file with print, page setup and preview tbx items and one toolbar with the same items.
Corresponding rvActions are assigned.
And when the system doesn't have any printer installed only items in file menu are disabled but on outside toolbar they remains enabled.

And other buttons? Are they disabled properly?

Yeah, all other buttons disables fine...when needed.
