Reading Barcodes

Dear Sirs,

Is it possible to read barcodes via Webcam or IP Cam using RVMedia? Any third party library we can use?

QR Code, Code 39, Code 128 are most important for a new project.

RVMedia can only provide frames read from camera as bitmap images, all recognitions must be implemented by other libraries.
Sorry, I do not have suggestions.
