Does Rv support HTML <blockquote> feature?

Anyway I can select a portion of content in RVE, and say click on a "Quote It" button, and it will be move the content to center or whatever to show that it is quoted. And when export whole rv content to html, this quoted part will be placed within <blockquote>.

You can implement this visual effect using paragraph properties, but sorry, it will still be saved in HTML as <p>, not as <blockquote>
