to get text readably back ?

After a few days I want to read what I have written into a rve-memo some days before. But this was not possible because I get RichEdit-text.
What can I do to get my text readably back ?

thanks for your help. But your hint can't be the cause of the error.
I work with the program for 2 years and since the production stands in RVSettings:

Property Old Value New Value
RVFTextStylesReadMode rvf_sInsertMerge rvf_sInsertMerge
RVFParaStylesReadMode rvf_sInsertMerge rvf_sInsertMerge

Do you know another way to make text readably ?

because I haven't got directly an answere I have deleted the content of the record in the database and replaces with new content.
If I get this problem again I shall send it to you.
