rvfreadinteger error -----> when it is a hyperlink

I am getting an error in rvfreadinteger when p contains the following:

'0 "http://www.internetnews.com"'

I have a hyperlink in the document.

It appears on rvfreadheader, it is erroring out on this particular call...

Include rvoTagsArePChars in RichView.Options.
