how to make some cells can't to be editing in table.

1) Process OnCellEditing event.
Events is not stored in RVF files, so if you need to reload document with this table from RVF, reassign this even in OnItemAction event
2) Or you can use protected paragraph styles for this cell, see TParaInfo.Options
