strange exception

Hello, when using SRVPrint unit, IDE writes this to its message window:
[Pascal Fatal Error] fm_rv_redactor.pas(13): F1026 File not found: 'WinTypes.dcu',
pointing cursor at uses list position where SRVPrint is located.
this is not unique event, people, working in my team are experiencing same problem.

this is not exception at all. we can build and compile our project, but some IDE features become unavailable, such as code autocompletion for ex., pressing ctrl + space instead of showing drop list causes iDE to write a.m. error.

What version of Delphi?
Does it occur in some specific project, or in all?

with SP3
