Hi all.
I have been looking around for a list of cameras and models supported by RVMedia and may have missed it and thought I would ask here for advice
I am writing an application for work where we have some info drom various sources to display and want to include video feeds of the areas where the info is coming from. So I am looking for some cameras available here in Australia that we can get our wholesalers to purchase for us that will work very easily out of the box.
I need POE type wired network that RVmedia can connect to. I noticed that Foscam seem supported and found this site here in Aus http://www.foscamwa.com.au/outdoor-ip-cameras
Can we use ANY foscam camera?
I want to create a demo application and if our bosses like it, we can change to better cameras for different locations but I simply need to purchase one camera as a trial and dont want to have to buy 26 looking for one that connects. We have one of these https://www.jaycar.com.au/1080p-ip-came ... e/p/QC3122 and its feed can be seen using rtsp://ip/0 but for now I dont seem to be able to connect RVmedia to it
Thanks all

Re: Camera Recomendation
First we need to find why it is not displayed.
Even if RVMedia cannot recognize a camera at the specified address, it can display any video stream in MJpeg or H.264 format (with the help of FFmpeg or GStreamer).
Currently, I cannot view your video stream even in VLC.
