Microsoft Office 2016 and TRichView v.12

Hi all.
I have paid components TRichView v12 and using them in Deplhi 2010 When I am using it with MS Office 2016 I have empty result after calling method GetImportFilter in TRVOfficeConverter.

In another version on MS Office - all Ok.
Are there any solutions in this case?

Microsoft Office file converters is an obsolete technology. It is no longer included in Microsoft Office.
Previously, a separate installer with DocX converters was available on the Microsoft web site. You can download it from our web site: https://www.trichview.com/resources/thi ... erters.exe

Microsoft Office itself is not necessary to use these converters.
