The following variables defines parameters for zooming using the mouse wheel:

MouseWheelZoomMin – minimal value of ZoomPercent

MouseWheelZoomMax – maximal value of ZoomPercent

MouseWheelZoomSpeed defines how fast ZoomPercent changes.
