FileAction: TRVDropFileAction var is useless in OnDropFile event handler.

Is it reserved for future improvement or did I miss something ?

It would be great if, in this event handler, I could

1/ choose between file insertion or link insertion

2/ know if the file can really be inserted or not (new CanInsertFile function

?)
