Styles can be deleted, for example:

- when loading RVF file with another collection of styles

- when calling DeleteUnusedStyles.

If you use RichViewActions, they call DeleteUnusedStyles in some cases, if

RVAControlPanel.AutoDeleteUnusedStyles is True (default)
