Identifyin RVMarkerItem's indentation is changing in OnItemAction event.

Hi,

  I am right now developing a structured hierarchical RTF editor using numbered

list. With each RVMarker item i maintain my own object.

I am using OnItemAction event. When ever, a RVMarker item is created i create

my own object and use checkpoint to link it and when it is deleted, i delete

my object.

Now, when a MarkerItem is indented, rich view deletes the existing  marker

item and creates a new one.

Hence in OnItemAction i am not able to differentiate between actual deletion

and deletion due to change of indent so that i can hold on to my internal

object and associate it with new item.
