Insert Hyperlink to selected text or Image

is there any demo specially for inserting hyperlink into a selected text or

image? I have gone through the code in rvaction about the insert hyperlink

action, I need an example which is similar to that. Due to some design

nature, I can't use the action provided, therefore I have to create my own

action for inserting hyperlink.
