All Insert*** methods, introduced in TRichViewEdit, insert new items at the

position of caret. Caret can be moved using method SetSelectionBounds (as

Yernar showed).

InsertRVFFromStream (mentioned by Yernar) is a very special method. Yes, it

can insert items at any place in the document. This is a method of TRichView

(viewer-style method), not TRichViewEdit, and should be used carefully in

editors (see the help topic "Viewer vs Editor")
