I am using the TRVRuler in the same way as the Actions demo, however,

there is one difference.

When I resize my dialog, the margins change.  When I resize the dialog

in the actions demo, the margins do not change.  I've tried comparing

properties of both the TRVRuler and TRichViewEdit can't seem to find

what is different.

I have the OnMarginsChanged event handler of the rvAControlPanel set to

call rvRuler1.UpdateRulerMargins.

Any ideas?
