What's rvActionsResource in the example ActionTest? (resubmitted with subject)

I do not quite understand the ActionTest program. (I am working with C++ and

have sometimes difficulties with Delphi). There is no ActionList on the

Form. But you have the variable rvActionsResource, which I don't see where

it comes from.

Could I just drop an ActionList or ActionManger and choose the predefined

actions?
